At Wooden Hill, we use a house system as an extra incentive to reward effort the children show in their work. The four house teams, which were chosen by the School Council (and in consultation with their classes) are: Earth, Fire, Water and Air. All of our children have a house team allocated to them and they really enjoy earning points for their team. Every half term, the team with the most points is announced in assembly and the House Cup is presented to the House Captains. At the end of the year, the winning team is announced.
